Golden Gate Bridge

SAN FRANCISCO, UNITED STATES
Share this:
Named after the strait of water between San Francisco and the Marin headlands is the world-renowned Golden Gate Bridge. This grandiose span is perhaps San Francisco's most famous landmark, easily identified by its International Orange color. The two cables stretch more than 7,000 feet in length and contain 80,000 miles of wire, enough to circle the globe.
